ECE-College collaboration

Every month Waiuku College students spend time with children in the surrounding ECEs, where they are able to do research work in areas such as nutrition. Children from these ECEs in turn visit the college every Friday to participate in activities such as crafts, drama and games organised by the college schools. This collaboration has afforded college students the opportunity to learn how preschoolers view the world and what they require to live a healthy happy life.
